1) General Use of Website

By accessing AuraSelect.ae, you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you will use the website only for lawful purposes;
• you will not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.

2) Product Authenticity

Aura Select is committed to supplying 100% verified & authentic products only.

Every item sold through our platform undergoes a strict verification and inspection process before dispatch. Certain products may include:

• Aura Select verification seals;
• branded tags or certificates.

Any tampering, removal, or damage to authentication seals, tags, labels, or product packaging will make the item ineligible for return or exchange.

Our assortment includes both Express Delivery and Pre‑Order / Sourced Items.

Express Delivery

These products are in stock within the UAE and are typically delivered within:

• 1–2 working days in Dubai
• 1–3 working days in other Emirates

Pre‑Order / Sourced Items

Pre‑order items are sourced through our trusted global network after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on brand, product rarity, and sourcing region.

Estimated delivery timelines are shared on the product page and are provided as guidance only.

4) Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on AuraSelect.ae are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Apple Pay
• Cash on Delivery (where available)

Orders will only be processed once payment authorization is successfully completed.

5) Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or message.

Aura Select reserves the right to:

• cancel any order;
• limit quantities;
• refuse suspicious transactions;
• request identity verification for high‑value orders;
• cancel orders due to pricing, stock, or listing errors.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• courier delays;
• customs clearance;
• public holidays;
• force majeure events;
• product sourcing lead times.

A signature will be required upon delivery for selected orders.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided shipping address.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Customers must request a return within 2 calendar days of receiving the item.

To be eligible:

• the item must be unused and in original condition;
• all original packaging must be intact;
• the invoice or order confirmation must be provided;
• all Aura Select seals, stickers, and authenticity tags must remain fully intact.

Important

Items with broken, removed, or tampered authenticity seals are strictly non‑returnable.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Non‑returnable categories

The following are not eligible for return:

• pre‑order / sourced items;
• limited collectibles;
• blind boxes once opened;
• personal care / beauty products once opened;
• items marked final sale.

8) Product Images & Descriptions

We aim to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible.

However, minor differences may occur due to:

• lighting variations;
• device display settings;
• packaging updates by brands;
• manufacturing batch variations.

Such minor variations do not constitute defects.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on AuraSelect.ae, including but not limited to:

• logos
• graphics
• website design
• product curation text
• images
• brand copy
• authentication seal designs

is the intellectual property of Aura Select / Midsole FZC or its licensors.

No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission.

10) Limitation of Liability

Aura Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• use of the website;
• inability to use the website;
• delayed delivery;
• third‑party courier issues;
• supplier delays;
• temporary stock unavailability.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value paid for the affected order.

11) Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject or hold orders flagged for:

• payment verification issues;
• mismatched billing details;
• suspicious order volume;
• reseller abuse;
• fraudulent claims.

Additional identity confirmation may be requested before dispatch.

12) Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising in connection with AuraSelect.ae shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

13) Changes to Terms

Aura Select reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
